Endress+Hauser among Germany’s best employers

The published overall ranking encompasses the 650 highest-rated companies in Germany, with Endress+Hauser ranked 142nd. “As a family company, we offer an environment that puts people first. The study shows this is something our employees recognize and appreciate – and that’s extremely gratifying”, says Jörg Stegert, Chief Human Resources Officer at the Endress+Hauser Group.

The survey respondents evaluated their own and other companies in the industry. Assessments from in-house and external employees were weighted evenly in rating each company. A special focus of the evaluation was the willingness to recommend one’s own employer. The 50 surveyed topics included other aspects such as solidarity, supervisor behavior, career development and perspective, sustainability, image and growth.

More than 50,000 employees took part in the survey between June and August 2021, which was carried out independent of the employers. To conduct the survey, market research firm Statista first researched a list of 2,600 employers in 24 industries. Any company with at least 500 employees in Germany was eligible to be evaluated. All companies that received at least 100 evaluations made it into the ranking.
